Requirement to Register

Should you wish to terminate your service, 30 days’ notice is required in writing No refund, partial or otherwise, will be made should this termination fall within a period of your active service. Should you decide to leave us, it is your responsibility to ensure that your company information is updated to reflect the future address of your business. This includes a Companies House registration where you’ve used your I virtual Office Lancaster house address. We reserve the right to contact Companies House and HMRC ourselves should it be found that you’ve continued to use your I virtual Office Lancaster house address once your active service has ended.

All applicants must be able to provide two forms of business identification: a bank statement, phone and broadband services, and a company house incorporation certificate.

We also require two forms of personal identification, one of which must be a photo ID: a passport or driving licence. The second form must be a utility bill or bank statement with your home address and not older than three months.
